A Nice Run

Took a little run in the park connector near my house today. The gates on my estate are broken and so I didn’t need to bring my access card. Neither did I bring my phone or earpieces (which are currently lost T.T). So I just went out all by my lonesome. Just me and the trees and all the other runners.

It was nice having some space to think my thoughts. I could feel them tugging and moving somewhere up there in my cranium as I went round and round the canal loop. Came up with some ideas and reflected on the day. It was really pleasant and something that I would like to do more moving forward. Short, chill runs with no music or distractions from my own mind.
